GARDEN GALLERY SALE

Last Sunday I attended the first annual Garden Gallery sale in Edmonds.
A group of artist friends decided to put together a sale of their creations in one of their beautiful gardens.

they sent out professional postcards to their friends and contacts. Mine came from Judy Zugish of Bouquet Banque Nursery and Fishsticks Basketry School.

The first thing you notice walking in are the garage walls which are sure to brighten up any foggy winter days!

then the back wall facing the vegetable garden:

and throughout the garden are the artists and their work:

Bea Grob from Switzerland was there with her handwoven scarves and Polymer clay art.
She was so nice to explain her methods and materials in weaving. Of course her fibers are from Europe and not exactly available here.  And she weaves on a 16 shaft loom.
